Warranty terms and conditionsThanks for buying our products.
Chongming provides warranty for the company’s faulty products caused by any material and workmanship defects. In normal use and within warranty period, we guarantee our products have no defects caused by any material and workmanship, otherwise, we will provide product repair. This warranty is only available to buyers that directly purchase from Chongming .
Chongming Products come with two years warranty in all areas.
If the products cannot work normally within the warranty period, Warranty terms should be noted as below:
1. If there is any problems during the warranty, pls send back to us for checking by your
charges, after our engineer checked that the problems caused by the products’ quality, we will send you a new one for replacement by our charges within the first three months; we will repair it well to send back to you within the last warranty time. The shipping cost is paid by us.

In this condition, warranty will be invalid. But buyers can send it to us for maintenance, and all expense caused will be charged to buyers.
